Appointments are booked online only to ensure the security of credit card information. If you have challenges with the scheduling site please call or email and we will happily help over the phone.
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When 24 hours’ notice is not provided the credit card on file will be charged for the service total. Any client scheduling an appointment and submitting their credit card information agrees to this policy. It is this policy that allows a small business to stay in business! Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
If the card declines an invoice will be sent via Square. By booking this appointment you accept this agreement and agree to pay the invoice the same day as the missed appointment. This time is being set aside per client request and we thank you for paying for your time if you cannot honor our policy.
Retail Hours are Saturdays between 10-2 or by special arrangement.
Cash, Check and Credit card are accepted while check is greatly preferred. In the event of a returned check the credit card on file will be charged for the service including any bank fees.
